The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational, supporting the delivery of essential services across the site. Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of electrical systems and plantDiagnose and resolve faults on LV distribution systems, emergency lighting, BMS controls and associated electrical infrastructureSupport statutory compliance programmes and ensure all maintenance activities meet relevant regulations and safety standardsAssist with electrical installations, upgrades and minor refurbishment projectsWork closely with Estates Managers and engineering colleagues to deliver a high-quality maintenance serviceEnsure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation, policies and best practiceMaintain accurate maintenance records and complete documentation in line with departmental proceduresAbout YouCity and Guilds in Electrical Installation, BTEC in an Electrical discipline, or equivalent qualification18th Edition ..... full job details .....
