Purpose: As an Electrical Engineer you will be required to carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown work on all electrical systems on site. Engineers must have knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators and LV systems, with the ability to fault-find using graphical information and alarm data. You will operate engineering assets to ensure reliable, cost-effective performance with no unplanned disruptions. Manage reactive work in line with procedures and to develop management tools and report on asset building performance and recommending improvements. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure routine PPM is completed on all electrical plant in line with site schedules and asset lists Complete reactive tasks across the building, including concessionary stores and fabric items, and highlight areas for improvement Remedy plant faults and defects promptly to maintain ..... full job details .....
