Based on site full time you will be part of an exciting new team responsible for maintaining the building. Summary of duties: Maintain the safe and effective operation of Mechanical and Electrical building services, systems, and equipment on site Carry out routine inspections, servicing, maintenance, and record-keeping in accordance with relevant procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements - SFG20, NHS HTM’s, and all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements. Support the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and infrastructure. Undertake repairs and maintenance (PPM) activities within the scope of training, competence, and authorisation.
