This role is crucial for ensuring that customer requirements are met and that we consistently achieve our SLA and KPI targets as well as contractual obligations. Day-to-day of the role:  Conduct electrical testing procedures and use software monitoring tools to identify system faults. Rectify system, on-street hardware, and on-vehicle hardware faults within SLAs. Maintain direct correspondence with customers regarding maintenance and fault issues.
