Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing and highly collaborative engineering team focused on the development of complex electromechanical products used within highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, testing, validation, and documentation of electrical systems for sophisticated equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality products from concept through to commercialisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system and subsystem electrical design activities for New Product Development projects.Design, develop, test, and validate electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.Develop compliant product designs in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Create and review requirements specifications, test protocols, validation reports, and technical documentation.Develop and execute robust verification and validation test plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across products, processes, and technologies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, Regulatory, Reliability, and Marketing.Manage technical interactions with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to ensure designs and prototypes meet specifications.Provide technical leadership and contribute to engineering roadmaps and future product strategies.Support and mentor engineers, ..... full job details .....
