Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, including switchgear, distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting, socket outlets and associated electrical installations. Respond to electrical faults and breakdowns, identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions to minimise disruption to hospital services. Support the safe operation and maintenance of essential electrical infrastructure, including standby generators, UPS systems and emergency power supplies, where applicable. Assist with the maintenance and testing of critical electrical services to support the continuous operation of clinical areas, operating theatres, wards and other hospital facilities. Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, electrical safety procedures and hospital policies. Follow safe systems...
