Electrical EngineerLocation: Stoke-on-TrentOverviewAn established engineering company specialising in advanced technology solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead major engineering projects across its product portfolio.This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept development and new product introduction through to manufacturing, continuous improvement and product support.You will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities, managing project costs and schedules, and ensuring products meet technical specifications, quality standards and customer requirements. Working closely with research and development, product management and manufacturing teams, you will help introduce new technologies, improve engineering processes and support future product development.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and oversee engineering project activities across multiple product lines.Lead new product introduction programmes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Develop and maintain project plans, technical specifications, product requirements and test documentation.Conduct design reviews to ensure technical compliance and completeness.Collaborate with research and development teams to introduce new technologies and improve engineering methods.Work with product management to develop product goals, roadmaps and technical strategies.Monitor market and technology trends to identify opportunities and minimise project ..... full job details .....
