Performance Objectives Restore electrical faults on commercial sites within agreed response and fix times, with a first-time-fix rate that protects service levels. Complete planned inspections, testing, and remedial work so installations remain compliant, documented, and ready for audit. Isolate, repair, and recommission distribution, lighting, controls, and small power systems with minimal disruption to occupied buildings. Identify recurring failures and recommend practical upgrades that cut repeat callouts and energy waste. Commission and fault-find EV charge points, BEMS interfaces, and related electrical plant to manufacturer and site standards.
