Role & Responsibilities of an Electrical Engineer: Electrical building & testing of industrial machinery Machine wiring and functional testing Wire & connect electrical systems on machinery - motors, sensors, actuators, internconnectors Carry out functional testing - input/output checks, basic fault finding prior to commissioning Assist in verifying signal paths of PLC''s / HMi''s before software upload Read and work from electrical schematics and layout drawings Support additional factory installation tasks when needed Knowledge, Skills & Experience needed to be an Electrical Engineer: Background in machine wiring or industrial electrical assembly Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring documentation Qualification - NVQ Level 3 or higher Electrical Engineering + ...
