Hays are recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to support a short-term temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established facilities management environment.The role: You''ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial portfolio, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Deliver a high standard of service to site stakeholders
• Complete all relevant documentation and reports

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled or Maintenance Engineer
• Electrical or mechanical bias with strong fault-finding ability
• Experience within FM or commercial environments
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
