Proven track record of delivering projects from design and installation through to commissioning and maintenance across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and life-safety systems. , Your new role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance and servicing of smoke ventilation and life safety systems. Working both independently and as part of a skilled engineering team, you will ensure systems remain compliant, operational and safe for clients across a diverse portfolio of sites.What you''ll need to succeed Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on smoke ventilation and associated electrical systems. Attend and resolve reactive maintenance issues across client sites. Respond to emergency breakdowns and call-outs when required. Install, commission and test new smoke ventilation and control systems. Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and implement effective repairs. Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current health and safety regulations.
