A vehicle and fuel card will be provided and you will cover 3 sites within central Cambridge.As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across site, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and respond to emergencies on site.Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance Statutory Compliance Replacing Motors, Replacing lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA''s as necessary.
