As an Electrical Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot, fault find, carry out relevant electrical installations and tests, diagnose faults, report into the engineering manager and ensure the client is satisfied with the service providedElectrical Engineer Duties: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single and three-phase power systems Electrical installations and testing Troubleshoot / fault find Diagnose faults Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach Salary and Package: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Private health and dental care Company pension scheme 20 days annual leave Continental shift pattern, day shift only Internal progression Overtime available ..... full job details .....
