Electrical Maintenance Engineer South West London £48,000 per annum Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in South West London This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established building services provider renowned for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London''s commercial sector. Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of electrical building services systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Maintain and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Service and maintain motors, pumps, emergency lighting systems, and fire alarm systems. Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS). Perform safe isolation procedures on plant and equipment. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with current regulations, health and safety standards, and site procedures. Complete maintenance records, logbooks, permits, and RAMS documentation.
