You will also be joining one a market leader within the building maintenance sector!In this role, you will carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, ensure all site logbooks and documents are updated on a regular basis, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to any emergencies on site. Job duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided Respond to emergencies on site Fault find on MandE systems Quotations Health and Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Job Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent) At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance Polite and personable Apprentice trained - Desirable Salary and Benefits: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum Day shift only - 2s and 3s - 7am - 7pm Company pension 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays Exposure to a high end site ..... full job details .....
