Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a range of electrical building services systems. Duties: Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Maintenance of single and three-phase power systems Motors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Basic BMS operation and monitoring Safe isolation of plant and equipment Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site procedures Completing logbooks, RAMS and maintenance records Raising and closing work orders via PDA systems Supporting general building services maintenance where required Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician (City and Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Minimum 3 years'' experience within commercial building services maintenance Strong fault-finding and ..... full job details .....
