The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive and minor works, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. NICEIC Test & Inspection qualification is essential. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance Complete accurate Site Visit Reports (SVRs) and daily job feedback. Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure excellent customer service. Work closely with scheduling teams to deliver PPM and reactive works within agreed KPIs and SLAs. Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety requirements, company policies and Safe Systems of Work, including PTW and RAMS. Identify and manage minor works and additional work opportunities.
