Role and Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain mechanical systems, components and equipment for commercial, industrial or construction projects. Produce detailed engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation using CAD software. Carry out calculations, simulations and performance analysis to ensure systems meet operational requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, electrical engineers and contractors throughout project lifecycles. Prepare mechanical designs in line with relevant UK building regulations, industry standards and health & safety legislation. Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections and technical assessments for new and existing installations. Support the delivery of HVAC, piping, plumbing, ventilation and mechanical plant systems where required.
