Electrical Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Engineer to join an established MEP contractor delivering major engineering and infrastructure works as part of the HS2 programme in West London.The successful candidate will provide electrical engineering support across a technically complex infrastructure project, working closely with project management, design teams, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines to ensure electrical packages are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.About the RoleThe Electrical Engineer will support the technical delivery and coordination of electrical installation packages, ensuring works are delivered in line with approved design, programme, quality and health and safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of electrical packages across the HS2 project.Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other project disciplines.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and site management.Monitor installation progress, quality and technical compliance.Assist with technical queries, RFIs and design coordination.Identify and resolve technical issues throughout project delivery.Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and relevant standards.Maintain strong health and safety and quality standards.Attend project meetings and provide technical input ..... full job details .....
