Electrical Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technologist (Engineer C level) to join a leading automotive OEM based in the Midlands. As a Electrical Engineering Technologist, you will play a key role in the development, design, and testing of electrical systems and components. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to work independently, drive projects, and support junior team members. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, design, and validation of electrical components, systems, and networksWork across facilities, products, and systems for commercial and industrial applicationsManage assigned projects and technical processes with minimal supervisionAnalyse and resolve complex technical challengesContribute to testing, integration, and system optimisation activitiesProvide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers/techniciansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions on time and to specification Required Experience and SkillsDegree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Engineering Technology / related disciplineProven experience in electrical engineering or electrical systems developmentStrong understanding of engineering principles applied to product/system implementationExperience working in a technologist or applied engineering role (rather than purely ..... full job details .....
