My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical biased) to work on a static site in central London.The electrical engineer will be completing PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities to electrical and HVAC plant.What’s on offer

Permanent full time position, Mon-Fri standard 40 hours£40,000 - £42,000 + OvertimeResponsibilities

Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to HVAC systems such as splits, FCUs and AHUsProvide general building services upkeep servicesLiaise with end user on siteGeneration and completion of tasks and HandS paperworkEnsure compliance on each plant/systemProvide small works, repair and remedial engineering servicesElectrician duties - generalistRequirements

The ideal candidate will be multi skilled and a fully qualified electrical engineerThe electrical engineer must be electrically biased (with NVQ/CandG plus 18th edition)Must have experience of building services and HVAC / mechanical maintenancePrevious experience in building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM and reactive maintenance, repair and refurbAttitude is important — must be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeedMust be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed, e.g. blocked toilet etc.Must be willing to complete risk assessments and be fully versed with contract paperwork, e.g. job sheets and technical reportingPlease note: if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.Evovle Talent Search are a leading specialist recruitment and search and selection ..... full job details .....
