Job Title: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Temp) Location: Central London Contract Length: 3 Months Rate: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience) The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-maintained office building in Central London on a 3-month temporary contract. Working on behalf of the landlord, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the building, ensuring all electrical systems are operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems Attend and resolve reactive maintenance issues Fault finding on electrical systems and associated plant Maintenance of lighting, power, distribution boards, and control systems Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations Liaise with site management and other engineers where required Complete job reports and documentation accurately Requirements Qualified Electrician (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential) Previous experience within commercial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and client-facing skills Additional Information Working within a commercial office environment Landlord-side maintenance (no tenant fit-outs) Immediate ..... full job details .....
