Electrical Engineer

We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a growing manufacturing team in Barton-upon-Humber. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of site machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and carry out repairs. Work with PLC-controlled machinery to identify and resolve electrical faults. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, processes, and technology. Maintain accurate maintenance records using the Shire CMMS system. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures. Shift Patterns Main Site (Rotating) Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm Essential Requirements Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. PLC fault-finding and diagnostic experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and a proactive approach. Desirable Experience in FMCG, timber, woodworking, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
