Key responsibilities are as follows:Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines.Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.Deliver small projects and assist with project handovers.Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations.Diagnose and repair faults.Calibrate risk assessments for maintenance tasks.Liaise with helpdesk for task responses.Maintain site logbooks, compliance certification, and produce reports.Participate in emergency call-out services and support cost reduction efforts.Support team with any other needs as requested by Technical Supervisor and/or AOM.
