Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and electrical inspections on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults promptly and effectively to minimise disruption
• Assist the Engineering Manager in driving sustainable and efficient plant performance
• Reduce equipment downtime through proactive fault detection and resolution
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production settings
• Essential NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• In-depth understanding of electrical systems, with a proven track record in fault diagnosis and repair
• Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and ongoing process improvement
• Capable of working independently and effectively within a small, fast-moving team
