Electrical Engineer - Commercial (PPM & Testing)

Locations:
Milton Keynes / Luton / Hitchin

We are currently seeking fully qualified Electrical Engineers to support ongoing PPM, testing, and remedial works across commercial sites.

Salary & Benefits

  • -42,000 - -45,000 per annum
  • O/T paid after 50+ hours per week
    • 1.25x Monday-Friday
    • 1.5x weekends
  • 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Birthday extra day off
  • Company van + Fuel card provided
  • All equipment supplied
    (Megger tester, SDS & combi drills, etc. - engineers to supply own hand tools)

Working Hours

  • 45 hours per week
  • Travel to site may be 1-1.5 hours
  • First 30 minutes travel to site and 30 minutes return are unpaid

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Commercial EICR testing (MUST)
  • Completion of remedial works
  • Working on 3-phase installations
  • Ensuring all works comply with current regulations and standards

Essential Requirements

  • Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer
  • NVQ Level 3
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • AM2
  • 18th Edition
  • Proven experience in commercial environments

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Railway experience
