A leading multi-disciplinary building services consultancy is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior to join their growing Chester office. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver electrical designs for building services projects across multiple sectors.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Carry out site surveys, inspections, and technical reporting.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
• Work within a standardised QA process, ensuring consistent and accurate output.

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree/HND qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in building services design - LV/HV systems, lighting, fire alarms, emergency systems, security/CCTV.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition) and relevant BS standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech/Trimble.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Previous consultancy or contractor-side building services experience.
