An exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a prestigious contract in Barrow - in - Furness Working Monday to Friday, 7:30-4pm the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on a prestigious site.
 
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully electrically qualified, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. Engineers should have at least two years experience in the commercial building services maintenance.
 
Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• HVAC
• Pumps & Motors
• Tap Temperatures
• Water treatment
• Filters
• Belts
• General Building Services

• Recognised Electrical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Electrical apprenticeship completed
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
• Flexibility for call outs.
• Driving license

• Monday to Friday, 7:30- 4:00 working week
• On call allowance.
• £40,000 per annum
