Electrical Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Electrical Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an-Electrical Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.
As the-Electrical Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The-Electrical Engineer,-will be responsible for:
- Assist Contract Manager in organisation, management and co-ordination of on-site services to ensure service is maintained to the highest standard in all circumstances.
- Ability to carry out minor surveys and inspections.
- Simple Report writing is essential to the role.
- Achieve contract SLA/KPI in all reactive / planned work orders across all service lines for the contract site.
- To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.
- To learn, understand and comply with all MITIE & Client policies and procedures.
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, using point of work risk assessments where required.
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- To attend and fully participate in training and the annual review / appraisal process as required.
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
- To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and to assist in any training of the team.
- If requested, to assist with the monitoring and supervision of subcontractors on a day to day basis, including apprentices. This to include assisting with the processing and completion of college reports if required.
- To perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all associated water services equipment, including fault diagnostics and repair.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- Experience in 3 phase and single phase Electrical Installations & Repair, motors, pumps and some controls are desirable
- Competent LV Electrical installation and maintenance excluding testing
- City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
- Strong customer care focus
- Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge
- Full and Clean driving Licence
- Ability to work at heights is advantageous
- Smart in appearance
- Polite, patient and good humoured
- Able to process Administration tasks associated with the role
- Committed to delivering quality
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to work as part of a Team or on their own
