Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Permanent Full-Time £44,000 per annum + Overtime Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team in Northamptonshire . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, fault finding and repairing a wide range of production and plant equipment, whilst supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site. Key Responsibilities Fault finding and maintenance on: oProduction machinery and associated control systems oPLC and computer-controlled systems oPlant services and their control systems Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on: oProcess systems oSafety systems oElectrical distribution systems Testing electrical installations using a range of test and measurement equipment Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics Assisting with the design, installation and commissioning of electrical control systems Managing small engineering projects from concept through to completion Candidate Requirements Applicants must: Hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, BTEC, City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification Have experience servicing and repairing a diverse range of industrial equipment Possess excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Be competent in reading electrical drawings ..... full job details .....
