Connect Appointments is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to join an established manufacturing business based in Dunfermline.Our client is a long-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality and engineering excellence, investing significantly in staff training and on-site facilities above the industry average.What''s on offer?Full-time permanent position - after 3-month probationary periodMonday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - early finish on Fridays 17.00 per hourOvertime and bonuses available33 days holiday per yearAs an Electrical Engineer, your duties will include:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery and production linesDiagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimise downtimeMaintaining PLCs, motors, drives, sensors and control panelsSupporting the installation and commissioning of new equipmentMaintaining accurate maintenance records and collaborating with production and mechanical teams to improve equipment reliabilityTo be considered as an Electrical Engineer, you will need:SVQ3 and HNC in Electrical Engineering18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and IPAF licenceExperience working in an industrial or manufacturing environmentA strong understanding of PLCs, motors and control systemsInterested in this Electrical Engineer role?
