Electrical Engineer - Calibration Location: BredburySalary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (salary may be negotiable for candidates with significant relevant experience)Contract: Temporary to PermanentHours: Full Time About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Calibration Engineer to join a well-established technical services business based in Bredbury. This position offers the chance to work within a specialist engineering environment, carrying out the calibration, testing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of a wide range of electrical measuring equipment. This role would suit someone with previous experience in calibration, electronics, instrumentation, test engineering, or electrical engineering who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position. Main Duties and Responsibilities Perform calibration of a variety of electrical test and measuring instruments to defined standards and procedures. Carry out troubleshooting, fault-finding, and minor repairs where required. Accurately document test results and maintain calibration records. Complete workloads within agreed timescales while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy. Assist with calibration activities across other technical disciplines when business needs require.
