Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate or Senior Electrical Engineer to play a key role in a thriving consultancy. Based in their new city centre office, you''ll contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help shape the future of sustainable building design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and consultancy work, including system design, specifications, calculations, schedules and client reporting.
• Represent the business in client and design team meetings, both internally and externally.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, supporting consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project planning and workload management.
• Ensure quality and compliance with ISO standards, CDM legislation and internal audit processes.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and contribute to continuous improvement in design standards.

What you''ll need to succeed

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Building Services discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years'' experience in building services consultancy.
• The role is open to both Intermediate and Senior level Electrical Engineers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit.
• Experience designing electrical building services systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and associated low-voltage systems.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
