Belcan is seeking Electrical Designers at Junior through to Senior level to join our Naval team, supporting complex marine engineering projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and apply your expertise in design and detailing within a collaborative and technically challenging shipbuilding environment.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Design and DocumentationProduce 2D/3D models using Foran and technical documentation using industry-standard CAD tools.Technical capabilities including, Electrical system / component design, electronic schematic analysis, CMPIC/Cable management, cable segregation and load calculationsDevelop clear and accurate design outputs to support fabrication and installation.Project DeliveryDeliver design work in line with project schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.Identify and communicate design risks, changes, and efficiency improvements.Collaboration and DevelopmentWork closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.Contribute to a collaborative engineering environment across Belcan''s global network.For junior candidates: receive mentoring and development support.For senior candidates: provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience in Electrical design within a marine ..... full job details .....
