This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded building services specialist with a strong background in electrical design, pre-construction and estimating, ideally within the commercial fit-out, refurbishment and construction sectors. Working on a hybrid basis, you will play a key role in supporting projects from initial tender enquiry and feasibility through to detailed cost planning, design development and tender submission.
