Electrical Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our client in Essex. This contract role is for an initial 12-month term with a high likelihood of extension and is outside IR35. The position is fully on-site, 5 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality electrical design solutions using EPLAN Electric P8Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design documentationWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust design solutionsSupport project delivery in line with engineering schedules and deadlinesEnsure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and client specificationsAssist with technical problem-solving and design improvements throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Strong, demonstrable experience using EPLAN (essential)Background in Electrical Design Engineering within an industrial or engineering environmentAbility to produce detailed electrical schematics and technical documentationStrong understanding of electrical systems design principlesExperience working within project-driven engineering teamsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environmentBenefits:Flexible hourly rate (DOE)Outside IR3512-month contract with strong potential for extensionLong-term project stabilityFully on-site role (5 days per week in ..... full job details .....
