Electrical Design Engineer

Manufacturing Futures are supporting a specialist engineering business in their search for an Electrical Design Engineer with experience of Test Systems. This role would suit an Electrical or Electronic Engineering graduate with some relevant industry experience, or an early-career Design Engineer looking to develop within automated test equipment, process control and complex electrical systems.The successful Electrical Design Engineer / Test Systems Engineer will join a technically strong engineering team and take responsibility for designing electrical circuits and systems for automated test and process control applications. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from understanding the customer''s testing requirements through to electrical design, manufacture, system debugging, testing and commissioning.The role has a strong electrical and electronic engineering bias and would particularly suit someone who enjoys understanding how a complete system works rather than focusing on one small element of a project.Test Systems Engineer Role and Responsibilities Electrical Design Engineer / Electronics / ATE / Test Systems Design electrical circuits and complete electrical systems for automated test equipment and process control applicationsWork with customers to understand their electrical and product testing requirementsDevelop solutions for the safe and effective testing of customer productsSelect appropriate test, measurement and instrumentation equipment ..... full job details .....
