ELECTRICAL DESIGN BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 Location: Leeds A well-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Leeds office. Projects will involve the application of practical and technical engineering skills within the built environment, working across both new build and refurbishment schemes. Responsibilities Produce electrical building services designs from concept through to construction stage Carry out feasibility studies and technical design calculations Prepare detailed specifications, reports, drawings, and design documentation Work across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, residential, leisure, and public sector projects Undertake site surveys, inspections, and condition assessments where required Represent the consultancy at client and contractor meetings Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry guidance Contribute to sustainable and low carbon ..... full job details .....
