Senior Electrical Design Engineer - MEP/Rail Contract (Outside IR35) Hybrid London Energi People are currently working with a leading electrical contractor that are looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to start up ASAP on contract basis outside IR35. This position is an immediate start and long term. Role Info: Electrical Design Engineer required for LV power and lighting designs on a major telecoms project delivering 4G and 5G infrastructure to the London Underground. Will be responsible for producing design packs consisting of drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech), Dialux, and MS Office required. Experience on London Underground projects and knowledge of TfL Cat 1 standards. Expected contract duration 1-year, highly likely the role will be for longer. Working locations in Central and South London. 2-3 days per week WFH.
