Electrical Design Engineer

What You Will Do: • Lead the design and development of high voltage power supplies and power conversion systems, including analogue and digital control circuits.• Take projects from customer requirements and concept through detailed design, verification, prototype build, and production introduction.• Produce and maintain high-quality engineering documentation such as specifications, schematics, calculations, bills of materials, design records, and technical reports.• Define safe test and validation strategies, oversee commissioning and hands-on testing, and carry out fault-finding on high voltage equipment.• Provide senior technical leadership across design reviews, risk assessments, hazard analysis, and configuration-controlled design changes.• Support customer, supplier, and commercial activity with technical input, quotations, investigations, and after-sales support where required.
