Electrical Design Engineer

These systems are engineered to reduce energy waste, improve process reliability, and drive innovation across markets such as UV disinfection for food and beverage production and fast, high-temperature heating solutions for the composites industry. We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to play a key role in developing the next generation of these niche and bespoke systems on a global scale! As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of electrical circuitry supporting both manufacturing and advanced systems development. You will take ownership of electrical system designs and contribute hands-on expertise throughout the product lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Lead electrical system designs from concept through implementation Take a hands-on approach to the build, test, and validation of designs Support the development of xenon flashlamp systems Provide technical support for existing products in the field Mentor and support junior engineers Liaise with sub-contract suppliers and external partners Experience required: Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Proven experience in electrical system design (IEC (phone number removed) Experience in safety design (ISO (phone number removed) and ISO (phone number removed) Well-organised approach to revision control and documentation Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team ..... full job details .....
