This role will specifically support the electrical engineering scope of Gillette’s Blades and Razors Manufacturing Equipment Globally. While it’s based in our UK Gillette legacy site in Reading, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally based on business and project needs.Key Responsibilities
Hybrid working, usually onsite 3 days a week in Reading, with an expectation to be onsite daily when building equipment, validating, EO testing, etc.Travel (UK and International) is estimated to be around 25% of time on average over a year.What We Offer You

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and relevant experience with manufacturing equipment.Experience with designing industrial controls with Rockwell Controls architecture in ePLAN or AutoCAD electrical.Experience with Machine Safety and CE marking of equipment must.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a technical curiosity to develop innovative solutions and work collaboratively with a team.Ability to manage the technical aspects of a project through the complete design, manufacture, debug, and implementation and commissioning phases both at vendor’s and receiving sites with potential travel.Technical Job Skills: Debugging, HMI and PLC Programming, Electrical Hardware Design, Loss Elimination, Machine Safety, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), ValidationRight to Work
