Electrical Design Engineer

Role: Electrical Design Engineer Location: Derby Rate: circa £500 p/day - Inside IR35 (Depending on experience) Duration: 12 months+/ongoing Sector: Wastewater Treatment (Non-Infrastructure) Are you an Engineer looking for a new challenge to assist with wastewater treatment schemes nationwide? Carrington West are working with a leading Design and Build Contractor who are delivering major design schemes within the water sector from their office in Derby. We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with a Water sector background who has experience in detailed design and is able to assist the business with design review and submission. At present, the business has opportunities at the Engineer and Senior Engineer level where you can add value assisting in the key design reviews for Wastewater Treatment Projects on behalf of Water authorities and their AMP projects nationwide. In this job you will be working across the full spectrum of engineering design which will include, feasibility, optioneering, detailed design, outline design, final design, and technical specifications and proposals for water related non-infrastructure projects for the end client. Requirements: Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design. Able to take responsibility for leading small projects and sub tasks from a technical perspective.
