CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, CandG, 18th Edition, etc.) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of 48,900 for further training and career progression. Duties and Responsibilities:Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Monitor the mechanical plantPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and Colds)Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all HandS issues are reported/escalated ..... full job details .....
