You''ll be working on high-spec projects, contributing to the safe and compliantautomation of critical manufacturing systems, with flexibility, support, and strong benefits as part ofthe package.Job OverviewDesign and develop control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipmentConfigure and program Siemens (S7, TIA Portal) and Allen Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000)automation platformsProduce and maintain electrical schematics and panel layouts using Eplan 8Create full documentation packages including:Functional Design Specifications (FDS)Cable and instrument schedulesI/O lists and wiring diagramsIQ/OQ validation documentationCollaborate with internal teams and external clients, including project managers, engineers,technicians, and stakeholdersSupport Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), on-site commissioning, and systemtroubleshootingEnsure all control designs meet relevant safety standards and comply with industryregulations such as ATEX, GAMP, FDA, and SILRequirementsDegree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplineExperience in automation, instrumentation, or control panel designProficiency with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systemsKnowledge of SCADA and HMI technologiesSkilled in Eplan 8 or similar electrical design toolsStrong documentation and technical writing ..... full job details .....
