Electrical Contracts Manager

OverviewWe are recruiting a Electrical Contractors Manager for one of our clients; a Electrical sub-contractor, specializing in a wide range of projects across London.

The Role

Managing multiple projects at one time

Working for tier 1 Contractors

Mainly office Fit out projects

Key Responsibilities

Manage all contract stages from tender to completion

Negotiate and administer contracts in line with company and client requirements

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Resolve contractual disputes and claims efficiently

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (ideally 10yrs+)

Strong knowledge of electrical projects

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability

Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred

Have a electrical background
