Electrical Contracts Manager (Building Services)

GBR Recruitment Ltd in Lincoln, are recruiting for an experienced time served Electrical Contracts Manager (MandE / MEP) to lead Electrical Building Services works on behalf of a highly reputable MandE business that is commutable from Lincolnshire / North Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire. This MandE Building Services client operates locally across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and East Midlands, working on behalf of a large variety of different industry sector clients. This is a key Contract Management role, supporting tender bids, producing estimates, analysing the scope of works to be undertaken, costings, procurement of materials, budget control, client and supplier liaisons / negotiations, plus ensuring the works schedule is followed and delivered OTIF. Experience of working directly with clients as a main Building Services MandE contractor, as well as delivering Building Services MandE sub-contracting services to other building contractors / MandE companies would be ideal, as the client works with a mix of both.
