Electrical Contract Manager

Electrical Contract Manager Location: Office-based in Bellshill with some travel required Electrical Contract Manager. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join a well-established and growing Facilities Management business. This is a key operational and technical position, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical contracts across a mixture of domestic and commercial properties. You will oversee the day-to-day performance of contracts, ensuring planned and reactive electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and to the required standards. Alongside contract management, you will provide technical leadership to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, with responsibility for electrical compliance, quality assurance and overall service delivery. The role covers a broad range of electrical services including installation, maintenance, inspection and testing, as well as renewable technologies such as Solar PV and battery storage systems.
