      <description>Location: Bury St. Edmunds | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | CSS Recruitment are currently looking to speak to Electrical Contracts Managers in the Bury St Edmunds Area.   This is a great opportunity to join a growing MandE contractor. The individual will play a key role in driving the growth of the established electrical division, working in partnership with the MandE Department Manager to build processes, improve delivery and expance the client base. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:  Proven experience in electrical contract/project management position. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. The ability to manage budgets and work under pressure to meet set deadlines. Strong understanding of electrical and health and safety regulations. Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, SMSTS). NICEIC qualified Supervisor/Principal Duty holder capability Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
