Electrical Construction Manager

Salter Grange is recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager on behalf of a leading European construction and engineering contractor, delivering complex projects for the world''s leading corporations across enterprise and hyperscale data centres, advanced technology and life sciences. As the Electrical Construction Manager you will lead the electrical systems package on site in Zurich, working with the Electrical Lead and Project Manager to deliver safety, quality, schedule and cost. This is an Electrical Construction Manager role with real ownership, working on technically demanding data centre projects. Electrical Construction Manager Responsibilities: Lead all electrical construction activities on site, managing the electrical systems package with the Electrical Lead and Project Manager, and run all day-to-day site operations. Manage site safety with the Project Manager and the company''s Safety Advisor, including setting up, managing and closing out the safety file, and drive a strong quality, health, safety and environmental culture in your team. Manage site QA with the QA Manager, making sure works are installed to project specifications and the QA plan, including pre-agreed benchmarking. Manage the electrical design process with the Design Manager, and the owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) electrical equipment and packages.
